Do I need to download a player to watch the Premier Review video course? |

No. You will not need to download a player. For your convenience, the software our site uses runs on our servers. Just click the video and watch the video lectures.

Do I need to pay to watch your video course demo? |

No. Premier Review stands by its product. We offer free video demos at no cost. To access the video demo all that is necessary is registration with a valid email address.

What is Premier Reviews refund policy on the online video course? |

You can watch the demo video without purchasing the course. However, once you purchase the course, all sales are final.

I can't play the video on my computer. What is the problem? |
| |
There can be several reasons why this might be the case. Our video course is intended to play on Windows XP/VISTA and MAC OS Platforms which are running up to date video plug in software.
You may encounter problems if any of the following are true:
- If you are using an older PC with an inadequate video card
- You are running an older version of Microsoft Windows or Mac OS that doesn't support plug-ins through your web browser. To avoid this please make sure that your system allows automatic updates and under Internet explorer please go to internet options and then internet security and custom settings and enable activex controls and prompt for file downloads.
- You are using a dial up connection as opposed to broadband.
Please follow these steps if on your computer you face problems.
- Using your username and password see whether you are able to access the video lectures on another computer.
- If you gain access then the issue points to either your software and/or hardware on that computer. If you are able to play the demo then you will be able to play the purchased video.
- If after these steps you continue to have technical issues the please contact us so we can provide you with assistance.
- IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES UNTIL YOU HAVE TESTED THE DEMO ON YOUR COMPUTER TO ASSURE THAT YOUR SYSTEM IS FULLY COMPATIBLE.

Will I be able to record the video? |

No. Recording of the videos is forbidden and copying, capturing or recording would violate copyright laws which will result in termination from our site and prosecution in a court of law for copyright infringement. Premier Review utilizes software on their site which identifies and tracks users that may be running capturing software or copying tools to pirate their copyrighted data. In the event our tracking software identifies a violator they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If I purchase the video course is study material provided? |

Yes. Once your purchase is processed you will first be asked to take the print of the hand out then only you are advised to view the video to ensure you have a genuine learning environment.

Do you sell the videos on DVD? |

No. We do not sell our videos on DVD. However, you can purchase the audio MP3 CDs if you purchase our home study preparation kit. |
