COMLEX LEVEL 2-CE examination consists of multiple-choice questions. Test questions focus on the principles of clinical science that are important for the practice of medicine under supervision in postgraduate training. Level 2-CE emphasizes the medical concepts and principles necessary for making appropriate medical diagnoses through patient history and physical examination findings. The examination consists of two four-hour test sessions, each containing questions related to diverse clinical presentations and principles.
